- Designing the training calendar as per recommended & identified needs with implementation of training
- Arranging Technical, Behavioral, Managerial Training sessions
- Plan and conduct training programs for all new joinee aligned with the process requirements/organizational goals
- Perform Training Need Analysis; analyze training requirements while evaluating their errors. Assess, recommend and implement processes, and provided solutions focused on improvement of training methodologies and work methods for process and operations development.
- Maintaining Training Records as per laid down training process
- Measuring effectiveness & Evaluation of training through post session analysis
- Help employees improve upon or enhance existing skills.
- Develop programs that groom lower-level employees for executive positions
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness.
In General should be able to handle the end to end HR
Operations.
- Manpower Planning and Recruitment.
- Employee Relations.
- Training and Development.
- Payroll Processing.
- Performance Appraisal.
- Statutory Compliance etc
Requirements
- Any Graduate - Any Specialization
- Good Communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Effective problem solving skills.
