Location: Kuala Lumpur
Company:  One of the world leaders in supplying electrification, automation and digitalization systems and products to their clients from various industry including Power & Energy. They are currently looking for Sales Manager to lead a team of 5 Technical Sales Leader in 4 countries and manage the sales of Instrumentation & Control System throughout all countries in South-East Asia.
  • The role will be based in Kuala Lumpur and reports directly to the Division's VP of Sales. The main responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the business plans for all managed countries and to work closely with the representatives from each country on leads generation and the follow-ups ideally until winning the target projects. The incumbent should be capable to identify customer requirements, budget allocation, monitor and advise accordingly the preparation for tender and proposals. They are also expected to perform market studies, identify key strategic moves, developing new clients and maintaining the existing ones.
  • The ideal candidate should have around 15 years sales and business development experience, selling Electrical System or Instrumentation & Control products to be used in power plant environment. Regional sales experience is desirable. Direct people management experience will be an added advantage.
