Essential Job Functions
  • Overall responsible to ensure the smooth running of the whole Sales Administration Department's day to day operations and all post property sales' documentations and related activities.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly credit reports, loan tracking reports and other various essential management reports for management information and decision making.
  • Coordinating the preparation and signing of documentations including liaison with purchasers, solicitors and bankers.
  • Follow up on loan release and monitor the loan release on timely basis.
  • Maintain property management system and update all new sales and progress of sales to ensure information in system is always kept up to date and are accurate.
  • Assist in new property launches, marketing and operations works.
  • Responsible to ensure that all sales and sub-sales documentation process for the various type of properties sales are duly and promptly completed.
  • Attend to correspondences from bankers, lawyers and purchasers pertaining to documentation and collection.
  • To prepare, oversee and monitor progress billings, reminders and collection of payment from purchasers and financiers.
  • To perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Minimum of 6 years sales administration experience in a property development company.
  • At least 3 years working experience in similar managerial position / level in a property development company.
  • Familiar with the Housing Act and regulations.
  • Knowledge of work flow for completion of sale and purchase agreements and loan documentations.
  • Well versed in sales administration of stratified residential & commercial properties.
  • Good written and verbal communication – English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good computer knowledge – Microsoft Office applications.
