Company: a successful international organization that specialises in providing high quality bridging and infrastructure solutions. This impressive and revolutionary business is looking to expand their sales division with an experienced and capable Regional Sales Manager
  • Responsible for managing the sales of the company’s products and services to clients in Malaysia as well as growing the business across the ASEAN region. The position carries full quota responsibility for the region and must balance sales opportunities across the area to consistently deliver revenue targets for license and bookings targets for services by quarter. Looking for a driven and tenacious individual who can assimilate into a young but aggressively growing company and also has strong creativity and resourcefulness to cope with very dynamic and changing market conditions as well as country to country strategy variations.
  • To be successful at this role, the ideal candidate needs to be a great communicator. Someone who can work with and command the respect of people from all backgrounds and cultures. This person must also be able to manage other managers to optimize their performance to maximize sales and profit. 
  • To stand out and be a serious contender, you will need to have a minimum of 10 years sales experience and an education background in either civil or mechanical engineering.
