- Oversee and direct the accounting or financial services.
- Responsibilities to staff within the accounting or financial department, including accountants.
- Prepare financial statements and suggest ways to improve the copany's overall financial performance to ensure future growth / analysis of post-accounting financial statements.
- Responsible and in charge of investment, financing and dividend decisions of the company.
- Reports to the controller / CEO and prepares budgets, research reports and feasibility studies for prospective projects.
- Involved in functions such as indirect tax compliance, tax planning, etc.
- Also involved in negotiations with the bankers and oversight of accounting department.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 5 years to 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
