- CFO / Finance Director: Directs an organization's financial policies. Oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Requires an advanced degree with at least 15 years of experience in the field with MIA membership. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to top management / CEO.
- Financial Controller: Responsible for directing the companies’ accounting functions. These functions include establishing and maintaining the organization's accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives. Prepares financial reports and presents findings and recommendations to top management / CEO. Requires a bachelor's degree, member of MIA and at least 10 years of direct experience in the field. Typically requires a CPA / MIA. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to top financial officer or CEO.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 10 years to 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
