Sales Director - SD00117

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Company: An established property development company.

Responsibilities:
  • This position reports to the Managing Director.
  • A background with a reputable Developer is a must, as is a proven sales track record.
  • There will also need to be demonstration of strong management and interpersonal skills, plus a passion to succeed and grow within a successful organisation.
  • Provide detailed sales and marketing reports, pricing exercises and comparable analysis.
  • Provide weekly feedback on development sales and be responsible for board level sales reporting.
  • Recruit and Manage an in-house sales team.
  • Financial management and cost control of each site
  • Drive marketing/advertising strategy and initiatives, including budgeting and implementation
  • Liaising with press office and journalists as required
  • Monitor and record responses to advertising campaigns
  • Manage, train, motivate and supervise Staff where required
