Responsibilities
- Accountable for the whole gamut of planning & implementation, sales & marketing and operations of the smartHR group.
- Develop and implement effective business development & marketing strategies, budgeting & feasibility and analysis to meet revenue growth target and profitability.
- Identify, evaluate, promote and develop viable business opportunities.
- Lead all commercial negotiations with major customers’ business partners.
- To coach, mentor and motivate sales/marketing team members and ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop the vision and structure of the business by delivering world-class efficiencies and improve internal KPIs.
- Manage and improve ongoing administrative processes and delivery systems.
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree. An MBA reputable institution will be preferred.
- At least 15 years working experience, of which at least 5 years in senior position with responsibilities in high value project sales/ project consulting. Those with experience from reputable IT consulting firm is desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, coupling with a good eye for detail and a business acumen that put you in a position to deal effectively with the internal and external environment of the business.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-pace business environment with a strong desire to excel and ability to meet business goals and milestone.
- Confident in working with all levels of management, business partners and the Board of Directors.
