This position oversees all marketing and communication operations of the organisation and responsible for planning, organising, leading and controlling the marketing and communication efforts to achieve the company's goals. These responsibilities include coordinating, overseeing and implementing all aspects of the company's marketing and communications plan including marketing, advertising, public relations and special event planning. This position is to develop innovative ideas to attract new customers and constantly amaze and entertain customers and positively position the company in the marketplace and in it's industry.
- Degree or Diploma in Business / Mass Communications / Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in Marketing & Communications / Advertising & Promotions.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in leading a team is a must.
- Prepared to work long and irregular hours including weekends and holidays.
- A good team player and able to work independently.
- Must be people-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Is driven, creative, dynamic and resourceful with an eye for detail.
- Willing to travel and move / relocated outstation.
